  • Obtain all supporting information: Payslips, qualifications, ID, appraisals etc.
  • Full reference checking.
  • Co-ordinate interview process between the client and candidate.
  • Present and negotiate employment offers.
  • Contingency selection – The client is charged on success only basis. The consultant will assess and discuss the best way forward and defined timelines are discussed.
  • Retained Search – The client pays an up front and pre-defined payments during the recruitment process in order to ensure that we fully utilise all tools and skills available to ensure the best exposure for the role. It also ensure this assignment is given the maximum commitment and focus (Often very specialised / Confidential / Head hunting assignment).
